  • Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in their original condition: unopened, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for all returns.
  • Opened or used products, unless defective.
  • Products damaged after delivery, unless defective upon arrival.
  • Personalized or customized items.
  1. Contact Us: Before returning any product, please contact our customer service team at 07707800009 or via email. We will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  2. Prepare Your Package: Pack the item securely, including the original packaging and all accessories. Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package.
  3. Send the Package: Return the package to us using a traceable and insured shipping method. Shipping costs for returning non-defective items are at your expense. For defective products, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product.

If you received a defective item or wish to exchange a product for a different one, please follow the return process. Once your return is received, we will send out the replacement product.
